The wife cooked the pretty stuff. I just grilled the steaks.





The Brussel Sprouts were good too. But everyone knows how I feel about veggies.

I made what I'm calling redneck carbonara.

Carbonara with hot deer sausage and macaroni. Actually turned out pretty good.

Visited Thailand for a chicken stir fry with peppers, green beans, and ginger. Garnished with some fresh mint and lime juice to make it pop. So good, Sagat would tiger uppercut someone for a bowl.
