I made those Charlie chicken lettuce wraps Mdawg posted. Also doing some with ground shrimp. Have yet to eat but it's looking pretty damn good.

Having Watermelon now.
Second (2/5) good watermelon we have purchased this year. Perhaps the days of good melons are now here this summer. All of the earlier melons were too weak (Watery) perhaps due to too much spring rain.

Cheese shells. 90 seconds in the microwave on parchment paper, then drape over something for shaping. (I need to put this in the recipe thread, with pics, I guess.)
