Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin
This morning I seasoned two pork tenderloins(you know how they come two to a package)and wrapped them in bacon and gave them a little more seasoning but a different kind. Those went in the fridge until later this afternoon. I had a few pieces of bacon leftover so I stuffed some dates with slices of candied jalapeno pepper slices and wrapped them in bacon.
With the Keg at 350° I put the dates and pork loins on to grill.
While the pork was cooking I sliced a few yellow squash and zucchini and cut some plum tomatoes in half and sprayed them with some olive oil. That got seasoned with some Killer Tomato seasoning and set aside until the pork was done.
When the dates were done I added the boudin and sliced tomatoes to grill.
Added some shredded mozzarella chese to the tomotoes and let that melt.
Everything done it was time to eat!

They actually came out pretty good. Would be better if the dates were bigger but dates are pretty meaty so maybe not but it makes a pretty tasty bite or two with sweet, spicy(candied jalapeno not pickled)and salty. I didn't do it deliberately but a light sprinkle or a good BBQ seasoning would improve upon it.
