Got a gallon bag of deboned duck breasts from a friend.

Guess I'm gonna make bombs unless y'all got a better idea.

About to get the smoker rolling for some chicken thighs. Accompanied by roasted potatoes and probably corn.

Homemade scratch biscuits, maybe eggs and cheese...... I overcooked the bacon in the oven. I hate that!

Strip and fry em. Smother some of the fried strips in a gravy for rice, grits or potatoes.

These didn't come out the prettiest biscuits I've made but they sure are delicious!

Had one with egg, cheese and bacon and one with sausage gravy.

I took out a bag of leftover sliced brisket from the freezer that I smoked a few weeks ago. I decided to make brisket and cheese quesadillas with the meat.

It was ok. Nothing spectacular, just ok.
