Darla, if you're not married......someone needs to wife you up quick.

Looks great, Darla. I eat a ton of salmon (had Carrabbas last night).

Wife did chicken cacciatore (appealing to my Sicilian roots on my mother's side), and it was damn good, AND I told her so. Ate mostly the chicken and kept pasta intake to a minimum, doing what we do in today's modern world for our health.

CB, we all would agree, but her ship sailed about 30 years ago.............and she comes here now for the sole purpose of rubbing it in our collective faces.

ETA: but still....

Not meaning to be. Just saying she's been married about 30 years, for those not as familiar with her.

CBLSU, thanks. Like G said, that ship has sailed. Forget wifing me up, my son needs to grandma me up! (But don't tell him I said so.)

G, no offense taken. I love salmon, too, but my husband doesn't eat fish, so I need to stop buying big pieces at Costco. So tempting, though, when I see wild caught. Chicken cacciatore sounds awesome.

Gris, thank you! That was my first time with roasted radishes. I will try them again when I can watch them more closely. Have you ever done them in a skillet? These were in the oven.

I've only roasted them in the oven. They come out with a sweet flavor. I forget about them sometimes. I've grown to enjoy radishes, both raw and roasted, more and more.
