An attempt at a cauliflower hot dog bun. It doesn't look like a bun, but tasted pretty good.

Take and bake pizza from Leblanc's. Surprisingly good.
You have my attention with that cauliflower bun Darla.

It was a bad recipe. I should've used the cauli pizza crust recipe and modified it. Instead, I used a recipe that didn't seem right when I read it, but the pics looked good. It will not ever shape like a bun, more like a wrap or tortilla.
I used one 16 oz bag of cauli crumbles. Microwaved for four minutes. Let it cool a bit, then put the crumbles in a dish towel and squeezed out all the moisture. Put crumbles in a bowl, added two eggs, and seasoning. The recipe then said to divide it into six balls. Haha! It was a floppy mess. I added a bunch of shredded mozz and some cream cheese and then spooned and spread on parchment paper and baked at 375 for 12 minutes.
Here is what they look like out of the oven.

Almond flour dough is much more successful, but I don't want to use that too often.
