I made a zucchini " bacon "(sliced thin and sautéed) sandwich earlier with some red onion and avocado... It was so good, I may just make another for dinner.

not to be taken literally

Did you cure and smoke the zucchini? No? Then you didn't make a zucchini "bacon" sandwich. You made a zucchini sandwich

do you feel better now? would you like to share what you're having for dinner or did you just need to ring the bells on your shoe to let everyone know you were here?

I bought a Domino's pizza card for $10 on a school fundraiser. It gets you a free large pizza if you purchase a large pizza and you can use it up to 20 times. I got my card in hand today and stopped at the local Domino's for two pies on my way home.

Grand total was $8.89.

That actually sounds pretty amazing.

Love a good avocado, tomato and purple onion sandwich.

It really was great! Only thing it was missing was some fresh tomatoes out the garden

cauliflower rice

be careful calling that rice... people 'round here are real sensitive to nonaccurate descriptions. Let caplewood know it's just cauliflower

Pan seared salmon with cherry tomatoes and avocado. Last time I cooked salmon, it was under cooked. I thought I would make up for that by over cooking it tonight.

Went with the ol trusty choice ribeye. Probably gonna do some roasted potatoes and maybe something easy like asparagus.
