Oh I burned a couple. But oil and flour is cheap. Say you burn it...start over...5 minutes. Now say you are stirring that thing for 30 minutes and Jones has an accident on the carpet and you burn that one...I'd rather start over with 3 minutes down.

And since I don't drink currently, standing and stirring us less enjoyable.

- Octopus in a broth with hot chiles, almonds, and tomatoes.
- Rabbit stuffed with boudin, wrapped in crispy chicken skin, over tasso braised kale and fried sweet potatoes.
