Ok, sort of serious question here.

I am seriously starving. Don't know why. Whatever. Almost every night I debate with myself whether I should wait for my husband to eat or just go ahead. I always wait so far. He never, ever knows what time he might be coming. His best guesses are usually off by an hour or two. He thinks tonight might be 8:30ish.

What would the F&D board do???

first and foremost: have a drink

then, I would eat something small/light now to hold you over. give him an hour past when he says he'll be home, if not back by then.. eat.

Check and check.

Almost finished first glass of wine. Already had some chips and salsa. It's helped a bit.

I think I'll knit to take my mind off. (feel free to laugh now)

you ladies over think things. I swear your husband will not give a shite if you ate or not, unless you are cooking.

ETA: just make sure he has something to eat when he gets home.

knit? oh lawd.

and ya know.. i've found I can pretty much drink anything w/ chips and salsa. including wine. which sounds weird, but can be clutch in a tight spot.

I rather enjoy eating a meal with someone else, especially a close friend or SO. Coming home, throwing something in the microwave and eating while someone just sits there doesn't appeal to me.
