Baked ziti with Monjuni’s marinara sauce, ground beef & sausage, and fresh green beans sautéed in EVOO…

Ate at a creole restaurant called Krewe in St. Joseph, Minnesota.

…I was pleasantly surprised. I forgot to take a picture but the crawfish étouffe was well done.

I got these form Trey Harris in Ponchatoula. It was his first time opening with crawfish this year. They were good and nice sized. Peeled good, too.
