Very nice view.

I started some pickled pork last Sunday and finished it up today.

So I have some red beans and rice on the menu tonight. Boiled the pickled pork for a few minutes prior to using and threw in some andouille just in case.

Simmered for about 2.5 hours and has thickened up nicely.

You can definitely pick up on the vinegar from the pickled pork.

That corned beef hash looks awesome. If you had some cornbread to go with it, I would raid your house
