Trying out something new here. Chicken Caesar salad pizza. I made the sauce and dough earlier today, and I have the Caesar dressing that I made for a dinner the other day. So we will see how it turns out.

Update: it’s delicious, but very messy. 6/10.

Buc-ee’s gets a lot of hate on here but they have a jalapeño cheese stuffed bacon wrapped pork tenderloin that is super simple to throw on the grill for a quick meal. Steam some cabbage and rice and a few green beans and you are all set.

Penne with pesto and grilled shrimp.

Made the pesto with a mortar and pestle for the first time after reading an article that it was the best method. It did do a good job!
