First time starting this thread and I feel privileged. 3rd night gumbo. It was the best tonight, but I think I’m done with gumbo for a while

Did some ham steaks in the oven.
I made a glaze of honey, brown sugar, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and a pinch of ground clove.

We went to Marcelo’s last night and I got the special. It was pork cheeks over caramelized onion and pancetta risotto. Also served with grilled asparagus. It was fantastic.
