Red beans over crumbled cornbread, roast, mashed potatoes, onions & gravy and salad. I cooked rice but skipped it for the cornbread. Got my bartender fed, too! :)

Korean short ribs, twice baked potato and corn on the cob.

C & S gumbo from mid-week pulled out of the freezer, with Cajun Country rice.

For Darla, I too like the Floyd Sonnier artwork.....I have a few framed prints from the early 90s that I acquired in my single days, currently not on proper display.

I bought my parents a signed print when they were living away from Louisiana for a few years. I have since inherited it, as they are no longer with us.
