A friend brought me some gumbo from Kenny’s Seafood in Slidell. I knocked some of the juice down to show that they are pretty generous. Enjoyed it. I had the potato salad in the fridge. :)

Was good. Didn’t add anything to it. I was impressed! Seasonings anyway, a little parsley and green onions but it didn’t need salt or heat.
