Bison stew: cubed buffalo meat, onions, garlic, yellow bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower (instead of potatoes), puréed ancho chilis, a little cocoa powder, and some roasted mushroom Better than Bouillion. It was a very dark, very thick stew w/veggies. Kinda the wrong food for our first 80 degree day of 2019, but it was very tasty.
