Wasn’t for supper but I got snookered in to cooking a gumbo for my wife’s nephew’s wedding. Browned off 9 lbs. of sausage and 20 lbs. of chicken in the oven because I’m old and lazy. Cut the chicken after it came out of the oven. Four pans of sausage and five pans of chicken.
Will Cook the gumbo tomorrow. :) Bagged up and ready for the pot.
