Cheater Homemade Pizza Night
This was a rough week for me and it's not over yet.
I wanted to do homemade pizza but with Dr's appointments and other crap I needed to do I opted to grab some Red Baron frozen pizzas at Sam's today.
I got the Solo Stove Pi Pizza Oven heated up while I finished adding toppings to those frozen pizzas.
The first one was an all veggie pizza I took all of the pepperoni off of.
This one had red bell peppers, mushrooms, black olives and Monterrey Jack cheese.
The others were an extra pepperoni, combo with all the toppings and one more pepperoni with a little bit of veggies.

With the pizza oven at 500 degrees of course a cold beverage was warranted.

Next time I'll try to make the dough from scratch.
