It felt like a good evening some some BLT's for dinner!

Red gravy over rigatoni with a nice salad.

we missed our reservation at Delacroix so we wound up at trenasse in the intercontinental as it was the only place close by with a table
It was shockingly good. I don’t know how the food is at Delacroix but what we ate at trenasse was fantastic
Grilled, Raw and Rockefeller oysters
Chopped salad
BBQ shrimp
Frog legs
Crème brûlée
And the pork rinds they bring as an amuse bouche were the best I have ever had, anywhere

Did wings. Teriyaki, gochujang, traditional buffalo. Waffle fries. Homemade blue cheese.
The teriyaki and gochujang were marinated and then coated in cornstarch and double fried. Buffalo were double fried naked.
