Tuna and noodles, with a salad of spinach, mushrooms, radishes, olives and capers with an olive oil and lemon dressing.

Goat cheese and roasted red pepper ravioli. Caesar salad. One of my regulars works at an amazing bakery and brought me a loaf of spinach, garlic & onion bread...I'll probably toast up a piece of that.

Vodka waters.

Tonight was pasta night. Today I made a big pot of homemade meatballs and red sauce. I wanted to bake some bread but something a lil different so using a hot dog bun pan I made Everything Bagel seasoned soft like sticks.

Started dinner with a nice crisp chilled salad and then a plate of pasta.

Everything was delicious but the bread was a hit!

Monday's leftover meatloaf repurposed as sandwiches, accompanied with onion rings. Not spectacular, but then we went down to the beach to watch the sunset, which was!

Wasn't hungry for dinner - late lunch at BBQ joint. Ate a boiled egg and a hand-full of grapes.
