I took some of the ABTs I made too many of a while back out of the freezer and put some on the Keg.

Glazed them with a lil jalapeno pepper jelly glaze. and they were done!

Griddled a couple of onions with bacon drippings.

Smashed burgers on a cast iron griddle.

Time to eat! I decided to have one burger with griddled onions and cheddar cheese and on with ABTs and jalapeno pepper jack cheese.

ABT burger

Griddled onion /cheddar cheese bueger.

How long do you typically go without food when you’re fasting?

It depends on the fast. Currently fasting for the entirety of Lent. My fasts can last anywhere from 1 to 48 days depending on the purpose of the fast.
