I took one of these does from Tuesday (the 8 point was nice, but not a shooter):

And turned it into seared venison loin with a chimichurri sauce, accompanied with a wild rice and stir fried bok chop. Pretty good Sunday dinner.

Thanks Darla! I made it last night but didn't taste it until today. I used a different sausage this time (conecuh hickory smoked out of Alabama). It was a tad greasier but tasted so good. I just skimmed it off before warning it up tonight. It's emeril's c&s recipe
