I was making a meatball fricassee but decided to make it a Cajun meatball stew instead. Added some mixed veggies and julienned root vegetables.

The wife is trying something new based on a recipe she saw yesterday. It sounds amazing but I won't know until later.

I made my famous omelette sandwich tonight. I make it with 2 eggs, Romaine lettuce, Cheddar cheese, and toasted, buttered, white bread.
It really is good.
ETA: I usually put tomatoes on it, but I was out.

I grew up in supper. Dinner was lunch. I like supper. I use dinner when going out.
