Cooking these babies up. A friend gave them to me yesterday, she had picked them that morning. Not quite sure what else will accompany - thinking bout a white cream sauce

I made a meatloaf earlier today and cooked it on the Keg this afternoon.

Came out fantastic with a hint of smoke. very moist and tender.

Show us the finished product. Maybe put them in a cream sauce and toss with some angel hair pasta?

Albertson’s has 9-15 count head on shrimp on sale for $3.99/lb, so BBQ Shrimp and a couple of cheap sirloins- pretty good for $5/lb

Started it dry in the pan on both sides to pull some of the moisture out

Then cooked in buttah

It’s still only 8pm here. We are finishing up now - decided on an Alfredo sauce, ravioli (Italian sausage and cheese), and just topping them with the shrooms.
