If you offer/sell me the ribeye special of the day, is it wrong to expect it to be good?

Do the potatoes need to be bland since it's not a bbq place?

Nope. They should both be good. With that said, I couldn't tell you the last time I ordered steak and potatoes at a restaurant, so I'm in no position to critique that particular dish

It's called City Pork. What are we supposed to think of it as?

Scroll through this menu and let me know if it looks like the menu of a "BBQ place":

Do they have BBQ? Sure. Is that their main focus at this point? Certainly doesn't seem to be.

I was reading this thread and was halfway through the first page before I realized it was my thread.

I have gone back to CP since I started this thread, but it was at the Perkins location.

Just moments after getting our food, the sewer system started backing up into the restaurant. We grab some to-go boxes to head out. They were very apologetic, and throw about a dozen bacon/chocolate chip cookies in my bag.

The menu is completely different than the Town Center restaurant.

The best thing about the Deli location (Perkins one) is when they have AYCE on Fridays. They change up the menu and it's not every Friday. We try to go everytime they have taco night on Friday. The sweet pickled jalapenos are like crack.
