It’s well established how unhealthy it is for you, but once every now and then it isn’t the worst thing in the world to eat.

The people who have completely turned their back on fast food aren’t wrong but if I want to eat it let’s say once every 2-3 months and not every single day, is it really that bad for you?

Once every few months is harmless.

I’m at the same frequency, sometimes a road trip splurge.

But most folks don’t have the willpower and fall into a dangerous abyss

If you skip the fries and soft drink it's not nearly as bad.

I used to really enjoy Wendys. They have priced themselves out of my business.

Wendy's never once lived up to my expectations, so I haven't been there in 30 years.

Of course it's probable not, but who knows the cumulative effects over a decade or two?
Anyway, the bigger point to me is: why support, why keep in business those who would happily poison you?

When they changed the fries like 10 years ago, I stopped eating there altogether. They use to have good burgers, nuggets, and fries
