Weird meat prices

The larger the cut of beef, the more expensive. Bottom round $7-9/pd whereas ground beef is $4-5/lb.
The larger size of pork, Boston butt $2/lb, but ground pork is $4-5/lb.
Ground chicken/turkey is also more expensive than whole birds. I even see boneless thighs more expensive than boneless breasts.

This is a rant of a crazy person.
make sure you source the ground before making comparisons.

Where the hell are you seeing ground beef for $4 a pound. shite, if I could find it for 4 right now, I would fill my freezer up. $4/lb is too high but a hell of a lot cheaper than I have been seeing it lately.
