looks like they only have one daily quiche option... don't want to risk it not being vegetarian

They have an awesome brioche and egg dish. House made brioche hollowed out , filled with a little cream and two eggs. Placed in the oven and the eggs poach in the cream. Topped with some shredded gruyere cheese. Awesome!!!
