Me and my wife went to Buffalo Wild Wings for lunch. Our server was just horrible. Outside of our appetizer, he completely destroyed our order.
My wife asked to sub a salad for her fries, he brings both and charges the salad as an additional.
I asked for Honey bbq and he brought hot, I asked for regular fry and he brings a basket and charges me for it.
We brought this up to him at first, and he says he will reflect it on the ticket, of course he didn't adjust anything. We bring it up again, he snatches the ticket and walks away bitching to himself. Comes back and only adjusted for the salad. I forgot to mention he never came to out table to check on us. I had to Damn near tackle him to get a refill for us.
So at this point I'm beyond annoyed I just pay the ticket (no tip) and get up to leave. He starts dumping his change on my table and Mali.g rude noises. I start to rip into him, but a co worker who I had previously had an argument was sitting directly across from us, so I didn't want to give him the satisfaction, so I just walk off, make the manager aware, and leave.
Was I wrong for not tipping and getting angry.

As a former waiter. No tip means he paid for you to eat there. Maybe $1, but still that's tough.
I would say leave $1 or $2 if service is terrible. Leaving zero means you're the dick. Leave $1 and you point is still made.

sounds like it's time to stop going to Bdubs

You are an enormous pussy for even asking if it's wrong.
shite like this is why I hate tipping culture so damn much. If everyone stopped paying tips, the workers in the food service industry would probably all be better off.

Always leave something. Even 1 dollar.

If it was truly that shitty of service, even after you brought it to his attention multiple times, no. I probably would've sat there longer just to occupy his table for a few more minutes.

Not pussy at all, but I do try to be reasonable.

I've eaten at BWW on 3 different occasions. The first time, I had to wait an hour for my wings to come out at lunch. The second time, I figured that surely it was an isolated incident but same thing (not as bad, but still took 30 mins to get wings).
The 3rd time I started to wait and after 15 mins said no more.
That place is a joke.

I know ... I'm really not that type of guy. It takes a lot to get me going.

I tip more than most people. 20% is the norm for me and sometimes more. But if it was as bad as the OP said, frick the waiter. No tip. I give precisely zero fricks what that results in the waiter's "out of pocket" expense. Some people are not meant to do certain jobs and a server will never know that he/she isnt cut out for it unless they are told. Not tipping, speaks pretty loud.
If you do even a average job serving me, you get more than average tip, you go out of your way, you get even more. If you cant even come close to doing your job. Sorry for your loss.
