Waitr sold to Tillman Fertitta for $300M

Chris Meaux, CEO and President of Waitr just sold his business to an acquisition investment company owned by Mr Fertitta (Golden Nugget, Houston Rockets, Salt Grass, Landry’s, etc...) . Waitr was founded in 2015 and barely 3 yrs old. Fertitta plans for the business to go public and be traded on the NYSE.
