Day after Lobster Roll



1 celery stalk chopped fine
1 tablespoon chives chopped fine
2 tablespoon mayo.
Salt to taste
fresh cracked black pepper
Zest of one lemon
1 teaspoon lemon juice

Lobster chopped in 3/4” chunks and slow warmed with butter until warmed through. Remove lobster and mix with other ingredients. Spoon over toasted sub sandwich roll or New England hot dog bun.

I’m doing it on my phone, don’t recall how it differs on my laptop, but don’t choose “copy link” choose “copy post link.”
