Uses for milk solids from making ghee.

I have an obscene amount of regular ol store brand butter that I want to put to better use.
I enjoy ghee, so I'm going to separate down most of the butter I have to make a nice supply.
The whey that'll separate off the top I can incorporate into workout smoothies or shaker drinks easy enough.
The milkfat solids, on the other hand, I don't have uses for yet.
Any suggestions?

Company I work for bought butter for some back country adventures. An extra 0 or 2 got fat thumbed into the order. Coworkers have all taken tons home and there was a bunch left that was headed for the dumpster.
I got that "waste not" gene, I guess.
These are great suggestions, btw.
Anyone tried baking with it?

You can freeze it.. and use it as you need it.
