Great to know; I was under the impression I shouldn't freeze it.

Get you some skinless, boneless chicken thighs. Put a big chunk of cream cheese in the middle of the thigh and roll the meat around it. Then take a thick piece of bacon and roll it around the thigh, securing with a toothpick. Barbq till done.

Dont know if R2R would agree, but those are damn good.

I don't care for thighs, but do this with breast meat.

More moist than breastesses, which is why I use it.

I'm usually outnumbered, but I don't like dark meat.

Ritz cracker, cream cheese and pepper jelly is what I love to do.

Also, some of the cream chese block on a plate, pour your favorite salsa all over the top and eat with Tostitos scoops.

This mind sound strange but it's something that my dad used to make. Not sure if it was his creation or something he copied but knowing him he probably came up with it.

He would take 2 parts cream cheese and one part butter and whip it together in a food processor

Then take some central grocery italian salad mix and throw that in the processor after to get it to a finer texture

Then create a layered dip of a few layers of the butter and cream cheese whip with the central grocery mix

Sounds strange but it makes for a great dip for crackers if you're having a little party

I ended up with a surplus of cream cheese after the NFL draft, and have about 48oz. to use. Throw some ideas/recipes at me, please.

Other than greasing my bicycle gears, I don't have a clue. I hate it.
