Can you use peeled and deveined shrimp to boil?

I have only used shell on shrimp but want to boil what I have versus grilling them.

TIA

My suggestion: Season your water and bring to a boil. Turn off heat and let that post sit for about 20 minutes. THEN add the peeled shrimp in and let them soak until done. They're going to cook super quick.

Yeah, you can do that. There are recipes out there.

Yes, it will work fine. The shrimp will look a little “fuzzy” compared to boiled then peeled shrimp. Reduce boiling time—plenty of recipes online to guide you. Don’t oversalt as they will absorb more salt than peeled shrimp.

I do that all the time when I want to make a boiled shrimp salad or shrimp for a shrimp dip. Boil them till the float, soak them till they sink. It wont take very long.
