Nope. He’s going to leave it as Parish so it stings just a bit more for the salty Broussard neckbeards.

Feel bad for Holler brewing that is already in Sawyer Yards. That's one of my favorite spots and good people. But with D.O. heading up Urban South in Houston, I'll be sure to be a frequent visitor.

Holler will be fine. It's time for the Platypus experiment to end however.

Those initials appear to match up with the guy who made Whole Foods Brewing the best IPA brewer in the state, with hoppy beers rivaling Parish’s best stuff.

Sure wish these guys would take care of North Louisiana before moving over to Texas.
Over on the Saints board and OT they give shite to NW LA folks about being East Texans, in this case it seems like the opposite. Tap Room would be nice but hell I’d settle with some distribution up here.

Seriously. They won't even distribute up there, but Lord knows, take care of the houston market.

Great raft serves the whole state of Louisiana though.

Parish serves the whole state of Louisiana.

Both of them took care of their state before branching out to Texas which is my point.

And great raft is closer to Dallas like parish is closer to Houston. Urban south is closer to Shreveport than Houston.

I wish we'd get urban south. Holy roller is probably my favorite out of it, envie, commotion, and jucifer.

We get Nola here too though.

It's like 30 minutes closer, maybe.

Houston's metro area is almost twice the population of the entire state of Louisiana

I get it

but I'm also selfish and I easier access to their beers

they were bragging about how much they have expanded and just added more tanks, so I'm hoping they will be up here by 2020

For sure, I just like local companies taking care of their state first.

Well he always seems to be ready to bolt or talking about it.

Missed you at the blessing last week. Good food and good wine. Love that gar bouillet stew. That’s an incredible gravy he makes
