I’d have no issues doing this. You will lose some juices and it’s going to be hard to get the correct doneness you are shooting for. They may not be perfect, but they will be good. As long as you’re not expecting perfect steaks…

Grill the steaks to 122-125, put a pat of compound butter on top, wrap them individually in butcher paper, wrap them in towels, put them in a cooler, drive to her house, and serve them immediately.

I would cook them, then deliver them. They need 15 minutes to rest anyway. Seems easy enough.

Steaks heat up just fine for me in the oven after being grilled. Don't mind it at all.
