I do occasionally grow sprouts indoors using High Mowing organic seed mixes in Sprout Master trays. There’s no soil used and the included instructions are easy to follow. When I’ve got mature sprouts in the trays I tend to find reasons to use them. The sprouts I’ve grown in the trays last quite a bit longer than anything I’ve ever bought at the grocery store.

I follow a bodybuilder on social media and he eats them with every meal. He just made a video three days ago on how he grows them and the different types that he enjoys.

Juji is great. Onion sprouts are something else I guess I should try.

Anyone grow sprouts in their kitchen

I mean yeah, not intentionally, but potatoes, sweet potatoes, onions, and probably some other things growing in the fridge or pantry that may be considered sprouts?
