Mix of Chocolate Moruga Trinidad Scorpion, Habanero, Ancho

Black Beauty Eggplant

Recipe suggestions are welcomed salsa's to desserts...how can you best keep the flavor of the pepper & have the heat tolerable enough to not just be searing heat




After laughing at the misplaced note the the scorpion like tails especially second and last they look like trouble

My eggplant plant is 6 feet tall and hasn't made eggplant #1 yet

I'm dehydrating peppers for powders as we speak, and will have a few more runs of super-hots until frost.

Also making fermented hot sauce. I'll add to my batch of chocolate habaneros later.
