God I hope not because he added the crawfish to the dish, brought it to a rolling boil, reduced to a simmer and carried it thirty (30) more minutes...the crawfish ...or shrimp...would be reduced to a 1/4 of their proper size by then. I posted a damn Ettouffee recipe a few below to politely try to offer a palatable alternative. Now I understand why he won't...hasn't ...posted a recipe since.

I think the ingredients are likely the same. Not the exact method, obviously. He's posted recipes since then. No need to be ugly Otis. You don't have to agree with anyone else's recipes, but its not necessary to be an arse about it. You can express your difference of opinion civilly instaed of like the other douches here or just continue to be a douche. His is obviously palatable to him and probably a lot of other people.
