Tips on Cleaning a Stainless Steel griddle

Looking for some help/tips.
Only cooked on it a few times, and I'm struggling to get the cook top really clean.
Tried water while still hot, and a mediocre scraper.
Do I need a real 2 hand scraper? Steel wool? Brush? Pumice stone?
Thanks in advance.

Season it like cast iron. Then treat it like cast iron.

Get yourself a grill brick/pomace stone at your local restaurant supply. Scrub in a circular motion with a bit of oil.

Scrub it with a grill brick / pumice stone.
Rinse, then wipe it down with LEMON JUICE.
Just the cheap stuff from concentrate in a green bottle.
It will make it shine like new. It's one of the weirdest things I've ever seen working in a commercial kitchen, but it works like a charm.
