I'm not reading four pages because I'm drinking wine and that would either be blurry or someone elses crap and of course when I have wine Im the smartest one around anyway. If by chance my suggestions have been mentioned by someone else I'm sure they got it from me previously. So here goes.

Eat less and exercise.

Ok, eat whatever you want, count calories and exercise. I cannot lose weight even with my exercise unless I stay around 1800 or less calories a day. You start doing this and the mayo goes out the door fast.

Good luck. It's a challenge. Oh and don't drink wine either.

Make homemade salsa to your liking, it makes most all the low sodium, low fat foods taste much better.
