Has anyone ordered a bottle yet? I've been seeing the ads on Facebook for it and am considering ordering a bottle or two.

Is this the Johnny Depp rum? I am not much of a rum drinker normally. But a buddy brought a bottle of this over last night and I had a couple of glasses. It was actually really good. I was expecting to not like it much. I've been drinking bourbon for the last 5 or 6 years, but now I'm wondering how much I'm missing out by not venturing into the rum world.

Yes it is. That's part of the reason I've been considering it, because why would Capt Jack sell us bad rum?

I'm not a huge Rum guy, but Bayou Reserve Select Barrel Rum is very good...

Bumbu is my go to random day drink as far as rums go.
A friend of mine created a cocktail, with it as the main, a few years ago that I really enjoy. It's 1.5 ounce Bumbu, .5 Rumhaven, .5 Licor 43, and 1 ounce pineapple juice. Shake that mix together, put pebble ice in your glass, drizzle blackberry syrup over the pebble ice, and then strain the cocktail into the glass. We named it "Sex on the bayou,"
