I'd go with Cajunland.

Cajun land add garlic powder, onion powder, and celery salt is my shite.

Chackbay is just gonna make Louisiana hot. Their scrappy pepper is gonna overpower the fruity pepper in Chack.

I've seen winning crawfish boils that had a lot of celery in it.

celery adds great flavor to many dishes baw

no different for crawfish... i have only used one stalk per boil which is why i was deciding to go the celery salt route since i couldnt really taste it... Based off what others are saying... i need to add like 3 stalks or so to get added flavor

I'll give it a go tomorrow. What's best technique? Powder? Chopped raw?

i chop my stalks in the middle. I figured it helps release some of that celery goodness quicker

I just bought a bunch. Going to do a few lengthwise cuts leaving an end in tact, then chop toward that end.

I do the same. I chop up a whole bunch/head of that celery in mine. Hell I even throw a big hand full of parsley in mine. I've been doing that way for over 30 years along with lemons, sausage and 6-7 big bay leafs. A bunch of that celery and fresh parsley thrown in that pot makes the crawfish taste good to me.

Finally had a chance to do Chackbay with crawfish instead of shrimp. I think I will stick with Cajunland. The pepper has more of a different almost sweet taste to it. It was really good, but Cajunland had a better taste to me.

I did this with the usual suspects of garlic onion celery yesterday.

These were the best I had all year.

2 cups of the Liquid Cajun Land
the whole container of the powder
Bag of Chackbay

I took it easy with the stuff because I'd never used it before, or even knew it existed. This is better than Zat's or LA liquid boil

These were, honestly, the best I've made this year. I'd figured this was the last sack I was going to do for the year, but now I'm not so sure.

I asked someone to bring Cajun Land powder to this mother's day boil we did. They brought that instead of the powder. I ended up running and grabbing the powder, and used the Cajun Land liquid with it instead of Zat's. I figured it wouldn't be bad.

Dude, this stuff is the bomb. Plus, I've got enough for 2 years now!
