If you’re talking frying in a large pot like you do whole chickens and turkeys, I fry whole deer tenderloins. Inject them with your favorite marinade and whole fry to med rare. Delicious.
As far as what else, there is nothing that can’t be fried, basically. Some are better than others. But if you’re wanting to take your frying game to another level, don’t look for exotic meats. Ditch the vegetable oil, and find your favorite cracklin shack and buy a 5 gallon bucket of lard. Whole fried chickens in hog lard is heavenly.
