Also, Wendy’s Spicy chicken is the best chicken sandwich out there. End thread.

There is no other answer. A real spicy chicken sandwich has the seasoning in the breading not in a sauce you put on a regualr chicken patty. That's just lazy.

3 Patties with 3 layers of cheese are bad?

Not if they’re real beef and real cheese (probably a “processed cheese like product there) and you leave off the shitty mayo and buns.

And why shouldn’t you consume 1204 calories? Calories are a measurement of energy. They aren’t bad for you or good for you.

And we wonder why people are fat and unhealthy.

To clarify: in no way am i saying that burger is healthy. But it isn’t the triple beef or the calories (as calories) that make it unhealthy.

These same people won’t check how many calories their chicken salad sandwich from their favorite sub shop has. It has so much mayo in it it might as well be a Big Mac.

Big macs really are not that bad calorie wise I think its only like 500 something. They're basically all bread

Honestly, I am surprised it’s only 1200 calories.

Meh

I can drink a 1800 calorie 32oz strawberry hulk with my triple stack burger because I stay active and wasn't blessed with gross fat genes

order the Jr Hamburger instead of the Triple Cheeseburger because it's healthier.

Is it actually healthier or does it just have fewer calories? You can eat that big burger but it should count as two meals.

Not that bad bad if you skip the fries and drink water.

Just make your other two meals small.

Yeah this is sort of my point re calories. Putting aside the “debate” over the other potential benefits of time-restricted eating, I tend to control caloric intake better with fewer meals.

You young folks don’t know what a REAL Wendy’s burger is like. Back in the 70’s the burgers were bigger and the grease would actually run down your chin… good times.

Good AF compared to what? It's okay, but there aren't many other places you can get chili, at least not as a meal. Chili is something you can essentially only get as a home cooked meal, especially if you want it to be good.
