Billeaud's in New Iberia, it's located in the Exxon station at the Lewis St exit. They have very good food.
Taste-n-Sea in New Iberia has an awesome cajun/soul food buffet everyday.
I've eaten at Jr's in Simsboro twice. It was OK, but I was most impressed by the fact that the waitress remembered who we were and exactly where we sat from 1 year earlier. Kind of got the impression that they don't get many out of towners.

Jerry's Donut shop in Vidallia has one of the best hamburgers around. They bake their own buns. It is right next to Jerry's Cold Beer Store, building painted yellow.
