One of the best, if not the best, roll I've ever had.

I remember when they first opened up my friend and I went there because we had an craving for sake. Spent the whole time at the bar drinking sake with the owner. That is a roll that he is very proud of and recommended we should get when we went there to eat. It didn't disappoint. Very good roll.

It's their best roll by a country mile. Then again it's cooked, and not really sushi.

I'm not much a fan of Tokyo Cafe, but that roll, and their Teriyaki of the little I tasted, seems better than Ichiban's and Koto's poor Teppan.

Soy Vai and my BBQ pit make better Teppan than anyplace I've found in BR.

Actually sushi is not a term for raw fish its a term for the rice used.

The cowboy roll is def their best roll its also HUGE!! You almost have to unhindge your jaw to eat it. The dancing roll is also very good and the dynamite roll is the best value roll I have found at any sushi place I have visited.

A roll is a roll, not sushi. Sushi can be cooked or raw, but it refers to the nigiri pieces. Thats why japanese restaurant menus where these types of offerings are listed require you to request either sashimi or nigiri/sushi

A roll is in fact sushi.. The rice is what makes sushi sushi. It can be in a roll it can be on top of rice but it must have the rice. Why do you think they call them sushi ROLLS?

quote:

What is sushi? - Not just raw fish -

Is sushi equal to raw fish? No. Raw fish is called sashimi in Japan and is not the same as sushi. Sushi indicates foods that use rice seasoned with sweet rice-wine vinegar. Of course, raw fish is the most popular ingredient in sushi, but the main element of sushi is Japanese sticky rice. There are many kinds of sushi, which don't include raw fish. Cooked fish, shellfish, and various other ingredients can be combined in sushi.
