The blind tiger cantina wing sauce

Had these this weekend and liked them. What is the sauce they use? Is it a sweet chili sauce?

Probably tiger sauce or some kind of mix... For the owner being a former chef some more thought could be put into the food.

Not sure.
Don’t think it’s just sweet chili... some good wings.

I did it last night with the sweet chili and a little tobasco. Next time I will use Sriracha. I just smoked them and didn't flash fry them.

I dislike 'whole' wings, and I don't go for sticky wing sauce. I usually order shrimp or mahi tacos.
