Michelob Amber Bock and Honey Lager are in same price range and strata and are much better, in my opinion, than that list

I just wonder what the cutoff is for "cheap." say the average 6 pack of those beers in the OP is $6, is jumping up to $8.50 or $9 still cheap?

What I find funny is the OP clearly states this thread is about cheap beers,

fricking 3 pages and not one mention of Founders All day 15 bucks for a 15-pack.

OP obviously only drinks BMC if he considers those the only cheap option.
Hell a 6-pack of almost any sweetwater is only a buck more than bud light.

This thread should have gone a different direction IMO and could have been worth a shite.

See I was wondering if something like that counts. I get the feeling he had to be limiting to BMC type beers based off the list he gave, but cheap was not the best way to describe that.

I don't know all the different distributions, so I should probably just stop commenting.

I stand by my first post though, and yeezy being on the rag. It's amazing I can rationally talk with the rest of yall.

I actually tried to do this last year and the plan devolved into arguments over the criteria of the beers and how "cheap" is defined. Needless to say, with so much disagreement we never did it.

This time around I just artificially set the number of beers at eight and we just said the first eight cheap beers you can usually find at bars in NOLA off the top of our heads. Still some disagreements but we managed to pull it off.

It's been fine in this thread anyway.

r2r jumped straight up my arse in the Carraba's thread for pretty much no reason. I don't get it.

I could see that being very hard to narrow down to under 100 beers.

I just wanted to point out that there is such fricking entity as BMC. It's a mythical conglomerate made up by a bunch of self righteous Murica hating dweebs. Carry on.

$8.50 for a 6 pack is not cheap.

If that's considered cheap, I'm going with Abita.

It's not? That's $1.54 a beer, after tax. If this were the OT I'd make a joke about you being poor.

I do. I also don't set the base price of beers at whatever Natty or Beast sells for.
