Totally subjective and matter of opinion. Some people who live outside of New Orleans could give two shits about the top 10 restaurants in Bucktown.
The more humble posters imho are excellent contributors because they give simple, helpful food preparation tips and make suggestions for appetizers or post a treasured family recipe.
It's all a matter of what you like to read.. While you do post some interesting New Orleans restaurant reviews, nobody's contribution is more valuable than anybody else's.

How did the roast beef poboy at Arabi Food Store not make your list? I think it's better than all of the places on your list that I have personally tried.
